Why am I constantly tired?
I wake up at 4 every morning to go to basketball practice. School starts at 8 and I am constantly falling asleep in nearly every class. How can I fix this?
Looks like you're up early, so if you're off to bed late that might be an issue. If it's nothing obvious like that, a trip to the Doc's might be a good idea.
If you don't get enough sleep, you will feel tired. You don't need to get all your sleep in one sleep at night. You can sleep, say, 4-5 hours at night and take an additional 2 hour nap sometime in the afternoon. Get your body used to this sleeping cycle and it may benefit you well.
If you do get enough sleep, but still feel tired, then you may be suffering from a condition known as "Chronic Fatigue". The reason for this in most cases is nutrient deficiency in your organism, such as B vitamins. Read more here:
