By being aware of your emotions, watch them arise, and then let them go. Becoming angry is your own choice and is caused by your attachment to the emotion, not by the words and deeds of others.
Dont get angry ..stay calm !!
Walk away from any situation that is likely to make you angry .
I have anger issues, but through therapy and anger management classes, I have learned that:
1. walk away if an arguement is gettin you nowhere. Even if it means going outside.
2. Count to ten, and talk yourself down. Do not allow raw emotion to get the best of you. Only go back to the situation when you are calm.
3. Love yourself.
