If a person knowingly infects another with HIV is it not the same thing as murder?
I hate to say it but, yes it is the same a murder! If you know you have HIV, and knowingly infect another person without their knowledge, it is the same as if you walked up to somebody and shot them. The weapon you used, in this case, was not a gun but HIV.
This has to be considered as an attempt to murder if not murder.
Infecting someone with something as lethal as the HIV virus can't be anything less than a murder!
I hate to agree, but yes! I think knowingly infected someone with HIV should be considered murder!
Indeed it is, and even worse, that person with HIV must really hate the one that is exposed to the infection. Why have intimate relations with someone you hate?
It will be a murder if that person knows that HIV is not a curable disease also.
According to the individual, the signs of HIV might be experienced earlier or later.
