All are necessary but C, D, and folic acid are quite critical. Most don't eat enough fruit or juices to get enough C, D is water soluble and not found in many foods and most don't get enough sunshine, and most don't eat enough greens or beans to get enough folic acid which is easily leached out in cooking and lost.
I have Rheumatoid Arthritis, an immune disorder, and the supplements I've been encouraged to use include fish oild, Vitamin D, C, Magnesium, and Vitamin B. They seem to help me to function a little bit better each day.
