    it may not be allergic but when you are bitten by a dog with rabies you will then be scared of water.. .

    absolutely not.  You are mostly made of water.  What could happen is that there is something IN THE WATER that you are allergic too, but despite the Morson answer below, it is altogether impossible to be allergic to H20.

    No someone can not be allergic to water.  Otherwise they wouldn't be living very long.

    No it is not.  However you may have a reaction to the contaminants in the water.

    Humans can not exist without water.

    That being said, it's not possible for humans to be allergic to H2O.
