Well I say if you sleep all day and dont see the sun too much, it can probably lead to depression. That's what happens during Winter due to the lack of sun and also the cold.
Another thing that would be bad for you is that you not be producing the right amount of vitamin D3 as you get it from sun exposure.
So try not to sleep during the day or you'll turn into a vampire!
Yes it most definitley is, without a doubt. Just like plants, human beings require sunlight as a catalyst for healthy production of vital nutrients.
