    I have increased my intake of water, hopefully I will feel less fatigued, increase my metabolism and prevent my short term memory being sluggish,and I can spend a little longer focusing on my computer screen. I also done a power walk with my son. Good question shiramar

    I went to the gym this morning when I woke up and for a run a couple of hours later.  Eating proper is also key if you want to stick to your new years resolution.

    Hit the steam room after work and drank green tea all day to flush my system. Brown bread for digesting and walking in the fresh air for exercise.
