    A good  cream for nappy rash is   METANIUM   It is hard to get but worth trying for..when my son was a baby  he had the worse rash ever and that cleared it up in two days...that was 33 years ago in the days of towelling nappies !! but the cream is still available today ..its worth a try !!
    I dont know what country you are in but in GB its available in Boots the Chemist

    Yes i have heard this to be very good if your baby has a yeast rash on their bottom as it contains acidophilus which fights the yeast. Much better than waiting to get an anti-fungal from the doctor.
