i have a dental problem, my teeth has stains caused by hard water, how do i treat it?
There are a lot of ways through which you can clean your stained teeth but the best is to prevent yourself from this.
-You can clean your stained teeth by a teeth whitening tooth-paste.
-A regular dental check up you need.
-Bleaching is a popular way.
-A new treatment called light technology is very helpful too.
But in spite of all these my strong suggestion is to visit an expert dentist.
