How to keep your teeth and gums healthy when you're on braces?
Just as you would without braces. Brush your teeth every after meals. Use a mouthwash before going to bed and on waking up. cheers.
Brush twice daily, Rinse the mouth with water after eating any food substance, use inter dental tooth brush to clean the surfaces with braces.
Use mouthwash, clean teeth with toothbrush and toothpaste, and DEFINITELY use dental floss because that is key for getting between the wires.

Is it really necessary to brush your teeth everyday?I went to the dentist one year after not going for five. I brushed my teeth every now and then for those five years. I gave my teeth a good brushing before the dentist and he told me that my teeth were in the best shape he had seen.
