How great is the level of stress in your life?
How do you deal with it?
I have quite large level of stress.(final exams at the university, job, investments) Every day I repeat myself what is the best in my life and for what I am grateful. I also know that everything passes bad things too.I'm trying to help others.
Stress level is very high given the nature of my demanding job and obviously managing the home well.Thankfully,i have a wonderful partner who supports me and helps me out in all the chores and every evening,we share whatever happened in our respective offices, laugh about the good things, fret for a while about the bad things and later on forget about it totally!
