What nutritional supplements are you going to try in 2011?
Has there been a specific product you have had your eyes on for a while and have not yet brought yourslf to try it? If so what is that product, and why have you been delaying your purchase?
Instead of supplements, I am going to try to get all my nutrition from wholesome foods, especially raw fruits and vegetables. I figure I can buy a lot of produce for a fraction of the cost of supplements, and it will be utilized by my body better.
I'd continue to stick with usana vitamins, and don't expect it would change on the horizon. Never hesitant when I learned how great the products were. I was never consistently on any supplement prior to that

I think it's best to get our nutrients from whole foods. However, Vitamin D has proven to be vital for many bodily functions, and most Americans are deficient, regardless of where they live.
none what so ever. supplements are not something i recommend to anyone. eat properly and exercise a bit and you will be fine.
None. I intend to nourish my body with all the ingredients it needs in order to function at its very best, through diet rather than supplements.
