i have dizziness do you thing b12 will help me to eliminate this issue.
Vitamin B12 might and it might not it depends on what is causing your dizziness. There are many reasons why you might be dizzy - anaemia, high blood pressure, weight loss, dehydration, infection, virus, inner ear infection or other problem. With dizziness you would be better to see your doctor so that they can check your blood pressure, balance, temperature and so on, then they will advise on what is best to take. Lots of luck.
As mentioned by the other writer, there are many reasons for having dizziness, in medical and health care questions it is always best to check with your doctor. As already stated dizziness can be a sign of many health conditions where taking B12 wil not help.
