    Hi dkz376

The simple answer to this question is no or at least not while you are in either of the two weight loss phases of the program.  You should dry fry or grill your food as the Dukan Diet is a low fat, low carb, high protein diet.

I personally don't like the Dukan diet, because it ignores the fact that protein can cause insulin to rise just like carbs, which prevents fat burn.

Avoiding certain fats it really a bad idea. Good fats promote healthy feeling, weight loss, and brain function. Without them your body is being malnutritioned.

Fry in coconut oil (up to 375 degrees). Must be extra virgin cold press. Palm oil is another alternative that you can raise to higher heat.

The benefits of coconut oil are enourmous for your health and weight loss so don't be afraid of the saturated fat content.

    Saturated fat is good!
