depression is a really hard issue, i dont think any one person has never felt. What i would advice is vitamin D I prefer the natural one that comes from the sun.
another great idea I personally use when I'm feeling blue is a good happy movie, one that I love....

No one but you can tell the reason you are feeling really sad and depressed. But I do know there are unresolved issues you have been pushing to the back of your being. Your inner person is ready to deal with them but for some reason you're not doing what needs to be done. This creates conflict between your inner person and your conscious person. The results is the feeling of helplessness and all the other affects of not dealing with the problem. I hope this helps.
Depression can be chemical--due to brain chemistry. If everything in your life is okay, but you still feel depressed, you need to talk to your doctor..
Situational depression has to do with a specific thing that has caused you to feel bad; someone died, you lost a job, etc. But at times things can be going well in your life and you still feel depressed and that is likely having to do with brain chemistry and that is where anti-depressants can be very helpful.
Welllll the worst things i can think of is that it is my dads birthday today and my cat has cancer but i just feel really sad.. i have no clue why

Have you ever seen someone, or read an email from someone, and without even knowing them just felt like they had bad intentions or a darkness around them? And the other way around, ever meet someone and just feel like they are a really good person?
