Happiness ranks high as a priority in my life--henceforth my nickname,"EnjoyYourLife".
Life is way too short in the grand scheme of things. Of course many challenges in life will face us. The trick is, how do we react to those challenges.
While we may not always be in a Ha-Ha laughing kind of happiness each day, I will opt for the lasting type of joy. That comes from personal spirit and an everlasting joy which is not to be described and is unique for everyone.
Life is full of choices; I could choose the door of making each day happy and joy filled, or I could have a pity-party for one. The daily choices are up to myself.
Happiness is that feel which is a blessing . It is necessary for all people like breath. Happiness is a symbol of life in every one.
Without happiness they turn to different emotions such as depression, anxiety, and fear. With those emotions comes issues. They could attempt suicide or worse. Happiness helps people desire to live. Without that desire, what is there to live for?
Happiness contributes to our health and well being. Finding happiness and enjoying life. It is one of, if not the most, important aspects of our being.
“Being happy doesn't mean that everything is perfect. It means that you've decided to look beyond the imperfections.”
The human essential that is needed is a person to emotionally vent to. For men, this is typically the spouse. For those that are single, this may be a trusted friend whom one has known for years. Many of the socially anxious do not have any friends, let alone one who listens to their problems. Every human needs a release valve, a way of blowing off the steam. Otherwise, those nasty feelings are kept inside and the person ends up taking out the nasty feelings on him or herself or other people. The socially anxious become increasingly anxious, and rather than placing the blame of the problem in an appropriate place, they place the blame on themselves.

~Happiness is a perfume you cannot pour on others without getting a few drops on yourself. ~ Ralph Waldo Emerson
~There is neither happiness nor misery in the world; there is only the comparison of one state to another, nothing more. He who has felt the deepest grief is best able to experience supreme happiness. We must have felt what it is to die, that we may appreciate the enjoyments of life. ~Alexandre Dumas
Life without happiness is nothing.....everything done by a human being is to make him/her happy.without it is to be without life or have no value for life
I think a lot of people run into trouble chasing happiness, in part because most of the time we don't even know what makes us happy. We're often told what should make us happy instead.
