Do you believe there is a danger involved in the over use of antibiotic hand cleaners and sanitizers
It seems that everywhere we look there are anti-bacterial products and sanitizers. Baby wipes, hand soap, dish washing liquid, etc. I have 2 concerns; 1 there are a lot of beneficial bacteria living on our skin, and 2 wont these bacteria gradually develop a resistance to these anti-bacterial products and become problematic? I avoid this stuff myself. Yeah, it is important to keep clean but I avoid products that are "anti-bacterial"
Well, in a very extreme case, getting diseases could be easier because you could make your immune system weak. I think the most common risk, though, would be getting dry skin
Yes, I do believe these products will be found to be more harmful than good. Could it be marketing and advertising people just trying to cash in on the general publics fear of germs?
