What have you done when you felt you could not trust your own decision-making ability?
I'm referring more to times when one finds him/herself already struggling with personal confidence, low self-esteem or doubting self-efficacy.
well! for me when I'm having that difficulty, i tend to switch on alternative solutions that i made up before i decide what to do. i always make more than just one decision making strategy in order to make myself sure if i am really doing or making myself on the right track. you should consider putting yourself in situations that you think you don't have a way out and what you should do is find it no matter what.
hope this could help with your question. c",?
That is one of the benefits of being in a happy marriage. We offer a shoulder when the other one is struggling. When I doubt my own abilities in anything, I run things by my husband for an honest estimation and opinion.
The best thing to do is take a deep breath and remember moments in which their decisions were successful.
I am lucky that in these times, loved ones around you that support me and bring back my confidence.
you make a choice and follow through 100%.. your problem is you never follow through or commit to anything.. every positive step you've taken was soon abandoned. How else can you ever build a foundation of trust with yourself?

Is anyone making their own videos for hubs?I am almost done making my first one from scratch. I was wondering if other people have ventured down this road. It is pretty time consuming.
