Take the time to design a routine of foods to eat and exercises to do. Study the body's basic needs, and plan to meet the requirement. Don't ingest foods that are not food, (junk) or fake foods. A person can easily over eat on junk/fast food because they are loaded with chemicals to excite the taste buds. How you feel about yourself determines what you put in your mouth. To feel good get a full body massage with hot oils. And get in the bed before 10pm. Do an exercises routine about 30minutes every morning before shower. Think of food and exercises being like people. Some are good for you some are bad and some are dangerous and will hurt you or kill you. Be selective, seek out knowledge on how the body works. Let me know in 4 weeks how much weight you lost.

Never make yourself hungry. Your body will think it's starving and will crave more food. Eat more frequent, small, healthy meals made from non processed foods.

Yes, I agree with other replies - starving is not the way to get fit healthy. The way to loose weight is one - EXERCICE ! And reduce high sugar and fat foods permanently.

Try to eat ony vegetables , fruits, mostly fish (all steamed) and only little of meat.
Stop eating sweets , bread , potato and rise. Also dont eat after 6 pm. Drink 2 liter of water daily .
