Absolutely not, you can control your thoughts but it's so difficult to control your feelings.

there is not relationship between feelings and thoughts.the feeling never die and u cannot control your feelings. you can examine it in the situation of happiness and sorrow.

    It is not.......

You can control how you act or react, but not the way you felt in a single moment or confrontation.

For instance, a woman betrayed, may react with dignity or with anger, those things are within her control.  The feelings of failure and inadequacy are not.  She must endure them, until they pass.

if you want to be a true master, just the idea or thought is not enough. You must make action to realize it.

Feeling is more to reaction of the surrounding and words spoken by love ones. It will not be easy to master your feelings as the factors are not from within yourself. Whereas thoughts can be easily mastered since you will be in control.
