What is the best way to boost your energy?

Energy drinks are unhealthy, and sugar makes you crash. How do you get a burst of energy that lasts for a while?

I find meditating or singing  in the mornings to be effective in boosting energy while listening to meditative music, walking or exercise......

sugar has a way of depleting us..so eating some form of protein, nuts, milk, or a protein drink or bar with fruit can be a way of bringing up your energy.. sometimes our energy is depleted by low blood sugar or diabetes.. Eating breakfast every morning is imperative...to start the day. Some people do better with 3 small meals and protein snacks in between with a small amount of fruit is healthy..
be careful of sodium, and negative people! don't argue with them or get caught up in emotional dramas. Forgiving ourselves and others always helps!...Keep a positive attitude.

A nutritious breakfast that includes protein and minimal sugar?!  Sing and dance to a great song!  What about a cappuccino (not everyday)?!  A morning workout!  There are healthy drinks/smoothies now that boost energy as well - I feel like Smoothie King has some.  A cat nap sometimes does the trick too!

Believe it or not, getting enough sleep and enough exercise! According to research I've read, you cannot have enough energy if you don't get your 8 hours in, nor if you're a couch potato. It's hard for me too, but those seem to be the facts!

Eating right and getting enough exercise and sleep will only get you so far in this highly polluted world. Try to add antioxidants such as green tea, which also give you energy, along with supplements such as Co Q 10, which increases cellular energy production, to your diet. Vitamins C and B are also good for boosting energy.

Vitamin B12 is for energy.  It comes in tablets that you can pop underneath the tongue.   They also have B12 spray that you can spray on your tongue.

If you don't like pills.  Coffee with caffeine.  Coffee does have some health benefits: http://hubpages.com/t/206100

Although caffeine is still "a drug".

If you want pure natural way, then exercise is the best (as in a brisk walk).

I love using maca root for energy. It is all natural! It's in the beet family and amazing for our bodies! I take 3 powder filled capsules of organic maca daily. It keeps me going and helps me exercise with more stamina. It can be eating as it, in pill form, liquid or powder. It's easier for me to just pop the pills thow! lol

I usually take a quick nap and then take a bath. It's simply refreshing for me.
