Try doing some daily exercise or changing your diet to a healthier one. Once you clear your mind of doubts you can definitely attempt to grow taller by doing that.
Thanks Tamila, that is sound advice. I have been in a quandary over my career path which is nowhere at the moment. Certainly a healthy lifestyle is important-and I do try. I have a 1 year old at home who needs care as well, so that complicates matters.
Maybe try volunteer work in a field you enjoy to gain experience & new skills in a new career , when we see people worse off it helps us appreciate what we have .
When my husband was about your age (I looked at your profile) he went back to school and got a Masters Degree. We moved from Calif. to Indiana--what a change--so he could do to school. It is never too late to change your path I guess.
Learn what it is that you love to do and maybe you can pursue it as a career.
