What exercise do you do most?
Exercises, such as: sit-ups, side bends, waist-twist, touch your tops, different forms of walking, jogging, weight lifting, and so on.
jogging...and you?.................what exercise do you do brin?
I usually do a combo of cardio and weights....I start with 20 mins-45 mins of intreval walking/jogging/running, then stretch and usually about 30 mins of weightlifting.
i like to ride my bike or stationary bike. It depends on the weather.
Job actually, I run 1-2 miles. Then I weight lift afterwards where I tend to focus on my arms and abs.
Running + ab workouts is the way to go
Walking my dog Roy, and hiking/rambling. Not only healthy but really enjoyable as well. I've met some great people when out and about.
@ Badguyz, I workout, I do: waist-twist, sit-ups, side bends, and walking; twice a week.
Walking. and every now and then I jog..
other exercises just makes me feel tired, so I stick to the ones which exercises your whole body
I walk - A LOT.
Today I walked for about 2 hours instead of driving or taking the bus. I must have shed about 3 lbs.

i am disabled, unable to walk, so i do crunches, upper body exercises with bands and free weights. i try to do 45 minutes to an hour each day, although if i weren't so lazy, i could do more.
I don't like to exercise so I had to figure out a way to make it fun. This is the hub I wrote to share my ideas:
My mind, everything else is beyond repair. A close second would be my right hand and wrist. No not that way, I love the saute pans and love to cook. I also enjoy eating which might explain the degridation of this so called body.

I love doing exercises.I practice yoga,meditaion and many more exercises. I like walking,rope skipping,cycling,dancing.I used to change my routine so that i might not get bored.what do u do?just want to share so that...
