Does meditation help you in your everyday life and what positive change does it bring?
Yes, meditation helps me to control my life, logic, thought, body and my all other things....
"The secret to health and happiness lies deep within every human. Yoga and meditation are the sciences of discovering one's own self - the very source of pure consciousness, peace and bliss."
I see meditation as the result of connecting body and mind while in the present moment... that`s an essential requirement to be alive and awake! Meditation made me realize I was going too fast... it calmed me down and made me feel my self and understand who am I. Meditation is our own best doctor!
