Our medical records are all online now.  How can one can get an unbiased opinion now, anonomously?

All of our medical records are now on a national database which denies all of us the possibility to get an unbiased second opinion anymore.  Does anyone have any ideas on how to get an unbiased MRI without doctors seeing what has been reported in the past?  Wouldn't doctors in other countries also have access to our national database?

your records are out there for the world to hack into and you have no say who sees them despite what you may be told. your insurance company can see it all, and employers will be seeing it soon enough too so that they can tell you to lose weight or lower your blood pressure. scary.
