That is a very interesting question.
My only thought on it is that dreams are your minds interpretations of your experiences. Therefore, assuming someone was born blind. What type of visual memory could they possibly have?
I'm interested to see if someone with any experience in this will have more input.
I would have to say that they can see in their dreams. My reasoning behind this is because (while awake) blind people typically use their other senses to draw a picture in their mind. That's what dreams are: pictures in our minds.
A dream or a goal is a vision of the future, what could be years from now. So yes, like Helen Keller.
Why don't you ask a blind person instead of people who have never experienced this issue? It isn't too difficult to find one.
Your dreams aren't perceived by any senses so technically you can't see your dreams anyway. They do still have a mind and the mind is what creates dreams so the answers would be. Yes and yes
