    Is it envy, frustration, anger, stress?

    For me it's frustration in general. Whenever things start to get too heavy and stressful, a good run always helps to clear my mind.

    When my clothes get tighter, or I actually step on a scale.  I work out anyway, but these things make it more urgent.

    usually stress and frustration, i've thought of trying to train myself to do an exercise whenever im stressed, haven't done it yet but when i do, i know i'll be in great shape lol

    Its all of thoose but my specific trigger is when some one calls me fat even if there kidding
