If you mean the one with the most complete nutritional profile it is probably milk.

You can live of these foods, Spinach,Broccoli,Salmon,Oranges,Apples, Oats,Rice, and Eggs. You could even simplify that to Spinach, Broccoli, Apples,and Salmon. You will have carbs, and pottasium from apples. Spinach, and Broccoli combined contains about every vitamin, and mineral the human boddy needs. Calcium is found in all of these foods. Zinc,Protein,Iron, and more.
