When I first started out with yoga, my favorite practice was "Journey into Power" from Baron Baptiste ... He still has a "great" place in my heart, since he's been the one that showed me the advantages of yoga and brought the principles within my reach ...
The more I advance, the more I got hooked-up on the Shiva Rea instructional video's and philosophy ... One of her latest video's Yogini has been a real revalation to me and (after having given birth to two children) has brought the "sparkle" again into my spine, hips and cheast ...
I am 3 months pregnant with my third child and have moved-on to her pregnancy work-out ... Also buddha bellies is a video a pregnant yogine should not do without ....
Right now I´ve been practicing ashtanga yoga mostly on my own, but I went to a Hatha anasura class, which was awesome and was very helpful for its focus on form and alignment. Bikram is great too, but sometimes I just don´t want to sweat that much!
