Take L-lysine daily its a friendly amino acid that eases the recurrances as well, avoid chocolate, peanut butter and jello, tight clothes and stress.
Use Travocort Cream..........lol.
It's useful in handling such diseases.
Avoid contact of the cream with eyes.
