Hi potofpoetries I suppose you have to really get to know a real friend over a period of time, trust understanding & help & openness is vital, sometimes though, friends do fall out over trivial matters, but these should be short lived & forgiving if not of a serious matter, also, one-up-man-ship, do they think they are better than you, maybe a little jealousy there thinking they should have better than what you have, only time will tell my friend.
Regards Dale
A true friend will always be with you whether its the good or bad times. A true friend will always get hurt when you ignore them even though they may not show it outside. A true will not leave in despair when there is a need. A true friendship is not based on how you look, how you sound or how much money you have. A true friend will always come back to you even if you had a fight. A true friend will never be short of an apology. They are one of life's precious treasures. Value them. Cherish them .
I believe a true friend is someone who is selfless, who would be there for you no matter what, if they have it in their power. A true friend is honest and trustworthy, someone you can tell things to without worrying if they are going to tell others. A true friend also accepts who you are and doesn't try to change you or make you feel small. In 2008, I was in a bad accident that involved crushing several bones in my face. My best friend chose to stay with me in the hospital instead of working all day and making money for her family. I asked her why she didn't go to work and she told me I was in no shape to be alone, and that I took time off work a couple times to be with her when her kids had their surgeries. She felt like she needed to return the favor. She lost at least $300 sitting with me that day.
Who want to understand you still when he cant really understand you. That is everything.
