I agree with zuriki. However, there are some issues with the phrasing of the question: if you've lost interest in it, why do you want to have motivation to do it? If you want to be motivated to do something, that usually means you are interested in it (and I'm sure that's what you mean). If you feel blocked from being able to act on a goal, I believe it's important to post it up on the wall somewhere in your house, and then leave it.
