    I  have a diet plan that can help you do that. It's outlined in a hub, but it  mainly consists of adding walking to the sensible diet plan shown in the article. I lost 30 pounds in a month on the diet.

    I have two recommendations. One is Tim Ferris book, 4-hour Body, with a unique diet system I used effectively, and second - get involved in some sport game activity. When you play, you forget about tiredness. You just move and run, and feel happy afterwards. Your kilos will just go away!

    There are factors to consider when it comes to losing weight. First, I don't know your current weight or height. Your lifestyle activity wise and your typical day's diet play roles in determining how you would lose the weight. Another thing to think of is why you want to lose the weight in 2 months. I think that can be a good goal of 10kg in 2 months, but for all I know, you could be underweight currently.
