What does it mean to stand out in a crowd.  Literally I suppose it means to contrast so much with the rest of the people in the crowd that you catch the eye of the casual observer.  But how does that affect your self image or your view of others? read more

The reason that I dress modestly.  The Bible says women are to dress in modest apparel, so I do.  The problem is, women of today forsake that, and therefore I stick out for wearing a skirt.  This does not bother me however.  This world is not my home, and I do not seek to please it.  I seek to please the One Who died for me....Jesus Christ, the only Son of God.

Perhaps you should try a marketing campaign for women to purchase skirts. If you boost the revenue of the skirt market you will boost the economy and the appeal of skirts.

I don't, Nia. sad  I look ordinary.  I have a weird sense humour, so people tend to avoid me... they think I'm just weird. (sigh)

The fact that I always seem to be aware of everyone. I have this mystique about me when I get in public. I don't talk very much, but I don't always shy away either. And I have this unbelievable way of making someone think that I'm interested when really I'm not. It comes in handy when you're trying to get something accomplished and you have someone who won't stop bothering you.
