Lifting my diet cherry Dr. Pepper to my face. Seriously, with the fibromyalgia, it has to be simple walking--outside in the summer, treadmill in the winter.
Running, but haven't been able to do it as of late, due to an ankle injury.
A half-hour alternation of treadmill and cross-trainer works for me. But running outside is the most interesting way to work out as you see what's going on around you and you can alternate routes.
