Green leafy vegetables are the most helpful things on food table. They are studded with Vitamins, Minerals, Micro nutrients and most importantly they contain Fibers. It also contains anti oxidants which keeps you healthy for long time.
Green vegetables are tender, succulent, flavorful, sometimes tangy, savory, nutty, sweet, or bitter; most can be eaten raw in salads, or lightly steamed with butter, salt, and pepper.
They contain many nutrients including minerals like iron and calcium, folic acid and B and C vitamins (among others). The chlorophyll in green vegetables is closely related to the hemoglobin in our own blood, making lightly cooked green vegetables a blood-builder for fitness, healing, or anemia.
