Well my #1 tip would be to exercise, eat well and the right foods, DO NOT ABUSE your body by doing drugs or over drinking alcohol. Try as hard as you can to keep a Positive Attitude. Lots of smiles and laughter and get the right sleep your body needs. And of course drink lots of water to wash away all those toxins in our bodies.
Being comfortable with yourself and always trying to look at the positive side of life. I think it is important to be mentally healthy and then one can focus on being physically healthy.
Eat to live don't live to eat. Drink lots of water and exercise regularly.
