Weight Lose at home is very simple. There is no magic formula. Burn More calories than you take in. Simple. Your body doesn't know the difference. A Calorie is a calorie. Build a calorie deficit of 250 calories a day (eat less). then burn of 250 calories (walk, run, whatever) In 1 week you will lose a lb. do it in little baby steps so you aren't overwhelmed. Listen, the only way to lose weight is to work hard. Mind over matter. Most people know that if you burn more calories then you consume you will lose weight. Eat dinner at a reasonable time, and your snack should be a quality protein shake made with water about 2 hours after dinner giving yourself time before bed. Next, find a workout that will push you. Intensity and dedication will solve your workout blues!
