    We usually know what it will take to drop a bad habit or improve our quality of life but rationalize or ignore the solution.  Why is that?

    I need to focus more on making wise selection in foods. It is so easy to go for the unhealthy choices when I know better. I am really trying to turn this around. I feel better and look better when I eat well.

    Since I improved the way I eat lately and continue to improve it, I would go further and say "Exercice".  When I do some, I feel so great, but even if I know it is a must to be healthy, I have difficulty to find time to do it between the kids, the work and the rest of the "have-to-be-done" tasks like grocery, cooking and cleaning the house.
