Change all menu to have mostly raw vegetables + any ocean fish and you are completely fed with most of them.
Only Vitamin D needs sunlight and your skin will produce it naturally.
If you prefer pills to battle spring fatigue - Try Centrum A-Z.
They have everything and month supply is around $15-$25.
But still - veggies and fruits work better and you cannot overdose.
Overdosing a vitamin is as bad as NOT taking it at all.
Only Vitamin C is safe, because your body excrets it very fast if not needed.
