If the woman smokes that would be the first step to guard against heart disease. Then the woman needs to get rid of all the stress possible in her life.
Follow a healthy lifestyle which includes daily physical activity of atleast 30 minutes, healhty food, fruits and vegetables, eat fish at least twice a week. Also, green tea is very good for heart. Try to stay calm and happy.
