If You Are Prone to Kidney Stones, What Foods Should You Be Avoiding?
Any item which produces acidity like potato, rice, spices, liquor and other agitative food stuff should be avoided. Plenty of liquid, barely water, coconut water, orange, papaya etc are some of the best items to be added in the list of your daily diet Besides, tea, coffee, white sugar syrups, artificial chemical drinks are also harmful.
Not entirely sure about this but I think if you try to avoid foods that are high in Purine .
It's good to avoid those if you get gout so i think it'll be similar for Kidney stones.
