Antihistamines are used to treat allergies. Benadryl is one of the strongest antihistamines you can buy over the counter without a subscription. It is stronger than many of the prescription antihistamiens. Benadryl is a common antihistamine. Also, you can drink caffeine soda, tea, of coffee to help if you don't have medicine. Caffeine is a natural antihistamine. Vitamin c is also a natural antihistamine.

There are a few treatments. One is mass amounts of what you're allergic to so you can get used to it. The others involve medications and/or shots.

I have heard that if you eat honey from your local area it near wipes out the allergies.  A friend tried it and has not has any problems since.  I have yet to try it though:)
