What kind of herbs can be added to a enema ?
Please name them & give me a reason that they can help.
catnip . make a catnip tea. thte tea is soothing and relaxingand helps dislodge congestion in the colon. a cold enema will cause the anus and rectal area to contract and retain the fluid until it warms to body temperaure. a warm enema will have much faster reaction. you can also use sage,red raspberry or some similar herb but catnip is best.
