I suggest maybe looking into Carl Jung... He was a psycho-therapist. One of the best ever I think. Finding purpose means you have to go inside yourself and search. Carl Jung is a great place to start. There is more to you than you probably know. I wish you the best.

This is a question that has plagued many a young teenager and even someone in their adult life. Ask youself: what are my strong points? What are the qualities people admire in me? I have asked the same question as you, quite a while ago in my young life and I found that, when I looked deep within myself and found the positives within me, I had a lot to offer this world. We all get down on ourselves, but instead of looking at everything that's wrong with us, start looking at everything that's right with us. Once you see your value and your worth, you will be amazed at what you can achieve. My biggest purpose in my life is my son, a blessing from God. All the best, and I hope you find your purpose soon.

I wrote a hub about just this: http://keithjk.hubpages.com/hub/H_A_P_P_Y
Being H.A.P.P.Y is having a purpose power you. There are many ways we can discover our purpose. When it comes down to it though, however we want to be remembered is what our purpose in life really is. I want to change the world for better and make people happy, so everyday I smile and create things to spark positive change. The true question comes down to simplifying how you will live out your purpose, and you can find those specifics in my aforementioned hub.

It is my belief that you will discover your purpose by simply living your life.  I don't think people start out to find their purpose; I think they stumble upon it as they are following their passion and doing what's required of them to get through the day.  So, just be patient; do what has to be done; and then with whatever energy is left over, follow your desires.  Read and study, and don't waste your life on distractions all the time.  Always take time at the end of the day to reflect on how your day went.  Decide how you would like your tomorrow to go (but be aware that it may not go there.)  Be grateful and kind.  Enjoy being alive.   Sandra Busby
