One obvious sign of pregnancy is a missed period. That's usually the one that sends women to buying a prenancy test. Other signs are, weight gain, headaches, enlarged breast, and changes in skin.
Missed period (no brainer)...tenderness in the breast area...urinating more frequently...morning sickness (which is a misnomer - it can occur any time of the day or night and is just a feeling of nausea that may be accompanied by vomiting).
