    Five+ servings of vegetables and fruit daily.
    Choose whole grains instead of their less-healthy counterparts.
    2 or more milk servings daily.
    Healthy oils in moderation (2 tsp)
    Lean protein.
    Limit sugar and alcohol.
    Water or other liquids -- 6-8 glasses a day.
