    If you want to burn calories, any type of weight lifting (chest presses, tricep extensions or dips, bicep curls, etc.) will get your heart rate up slightly and burn calories/build muscle. You can also try a kettlebell swing or punching a boxing bag or punching the air with 2-3 pound weights.
