I'm not sure if you can. I believe it is completely genetic and sex based ... If you are male, then you'll have an Adams Apple. It's just a physiological difference between the sexes.
I can understand if you were a female and wanted to get rid of, or reduce the appearance, of an Adams Apple.
Men are typically displaced to having Adams Apples. This is completely normal.
The only thing that could be done would to have facial feminization surgery. This would include either a tracheal shave or a trachea shave. I not certain but I would think this would cost a lot of money and there would probably be some kind of recovery time.
