What is a good speed to run on when working on a treadmill?I have been trying to use the treadmill lately to work on my pacing problems. However, I am only running at a 4.5 which is (I don't remember exactly) but about a 14 minute or 13 minute mile. That seems so slow? Is that really accurate? And...

Just out of curiosity I would like to know how often you guys write hubs, once a day? A week? A month?I used to write one every other day, but after summer ended and I got busier I know plan to write 2-3 hubs on the weekends (once on friday, sat, and sunday).

Is running in intervals more effective than straight out running?Which is more effective? Running for 30 minutes at one speed, or running for 30 minutes going back and forth between a comfortable run and a full out run?
